END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Satori Kid Club (“Licensor”) licenses its digital downloads, guides, stories, and activities (“Licensed Content”) to You (the “End‑User”) under the terms of this License Agreement.


By purchasing or accessing Licensed Content through the Stan Store or receiving free downloads via email, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. LICENSED CONTENT

Licensed Content includes all digital downloads, stories, guides, activities, and other resources sold or distributed through the Stan Store or provided via email by the Licensor.


2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

Licensor grants You a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Content for personal, non‑commercial purposes only.

You may:

  • Download and store the Licensed Content on Your personal device.
  • Print copies for personal use or use within a single household.

You may not:

  • Distribute, share, or resell the Licensed Content in any format.
  • Modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Licensed Content.
  • Use the Licensed Content for commercial purposes or in educational settings without explicit written permission from the Licensor.


3. USAGE RESTRICTIONS

This license does not permit public sharing or any use that infringes on the Licensor’s intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use may result in termination of this license and potential legal action.


4. NO MAINTENANCE OR SUPPORT

Licensor is not obligated to provide maintenance, technical support, or updates for the Licensed Content. Support inquiries may be sent to the contact information below.


5. USER‑GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Licensed Content does not permit user submissions or modifications. Any feedback or suggestions shared with the Licensor may be used for product improvements without compensation.


6. LIABILITY

Licensor shall not be held liable for:

  • Any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the Licensed Content.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of Your data during the download process.


7. WARRANTY

Licensor warrants that the Licensed Content is free of malware or harmful software at the time of distribution. No additional warranties are provided. Use of the Licensed Content is at Your own risk.


8. PRODUCT CLAIMS

Licensor is solely responsible for addressing claims related to the Licensed Content, including:

  • Product liability claims
  • Non‑compliance with legal or regulatory requirements
  • Claims under consumer protection laws


9. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You represent and warrant that You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Licensed Content.
